Accessory to Metrum 2 Digital Thermometer
METRUM 2 MSA has been designed as an accessory (†) to compliment the Metrum 2 Digital Thermometer to meet the demands of fertility clinics and research laboratories.
Embryologists can use the METRUM 2 MSA to simultaneously measure up to 10 surface measurements enabling them to calibrate multi- channel incubators and to measure heated surfaces on workstations.
The METRUM 2 MSA connects to the METRUM 2 Digital Thermometer via USB. A separate USB connects to the PC for real-time data viewing.
The temperature readings can be viewed on the METRUM 2 Digital Thermometer as well as the PC Software.
The unit is supplied with up to 10 specially designed high accuracy RTD temperature measurement probes.

Surface Temperature Measurement

The surface measurement probe is suitable for surface temperature measurement inside incubators and on any heated surfaces.

The surface probe can be placed on an incubator shelf or bottom. It can also be placed inside Petri-dishes.

The sensor probe is heavy enough to ensure complete contact and prevent unnecessary movement during measurements.

A large surface made of copper allows faster stabilization (< 50s) of the sensor probe and minimal heat absorption from the surfaces.

A durable & liquid-resistant stainless steel top.

High Accuracy PT100 RTD sensor for reliable and accurate measurement.

A flat extension cable allows the incubator to shut completely.
